Do you offer a 30-day free trial period for new accounts? What about cancellation?
Yes! We offer you the ability to use the system and become familiar with its capabilities for 30 days. All this without payment! Upon upgrading from the Free Trial, you will be charged accordingly and your billing cycle will be started.

Our agreement is month-to-month. You can elect to cancel at any time.

How is pricing structured?
We have flat monthly pricing for your convenience. The pricing is mainly based on two things:

• Number of Projects managed
• Amount of storage space used

If you exceed EITHER the project limit or the storage limit for your account, you will be prompted to upgrade your account accordingly. The Pelotonics system is built for collaboration. Accordingly, there is no limit on the number of users. Per-seat pricing models encourage limited communication and that’s just not what we are about.

What is the commitment?
Simple – everything is month-to-month. If you cancel, you won’t be billed again.

How do I change plans?
To change plans, click on the “Account” tab from the Dashboard and click on the upgrade button below your preferred plan.

What are the system requirements?
Pelotonics is a web-based application. That means it is hosted on our servers and you do not need to download anything. Once you sign up for the system, you can start using it right away. Better yet, you can invite others to start using it as well! We support all of the latest versions (and most of the older versions) of all major browsers.

• JavaScript must be enabled in your browser.
• Cookies must be enabled in your browser.
• The minimum monitor resolution that we recommend is 1024 x 768.

How does payment work?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We only accept payments online. If you would like to pay a year in advance for a 20% discount, please email support@pelotonics.com to work out the details.
